New Beginnings - Is there such a thing as the 'right time'?

With a new year comes a new beginning, or does it?
It is often considered that new beginnings happen when the new year starts. But do we have to necessarily associate the phrase 'new beginnings' with a new year or a new decade? Can life not change substantially for anyone in the remaining 364 days - Does it always have to be 1st January? Some changes be it big or small, have the ability to impact us in a way that our life gets a new beginning. Can you think of some examples of such new beginnings? While you ponder on these questions, here are my thoughts on the subject! Here's wishing everyone a very happy & prosperous new year! ❤️

New Beginnings are a lot more than a new year or a new decade...

 Look at the baby boy who is taking his first steps in life today
It is a new beginning for him as he learns to explore the world by himself
Walk and run, skip and jump - Oh the joy of being a tiny tot!

 Look at the girl who is seeing the world for the first time today
It is a new experience for her as she finally gets the precious gift of sight
Mountains and rivers, bird and animals - Oh how beautiful the world is!

 Look at the young couple who finally welcomed a toddler into the family
After years of despair, came the ray of light - a baby at the orphanage
Their lives now filled with love and joy - Oh how happy their family is!

 Look at the old couple finding friendship and love at an old age home
After being abandoned by their grown-up children and grandchildren
They finally find peace and solace - Oh how love mends broken hearts!

The man who has no inner life is a slave to his surroundings

“Deceptive illusions and varying perceptions, Life is more than just cross-road junctions. It is a whirlwind of danger that poses To the naked eye like a bed of roses.”             Life- this four letter word seems indeed very small to us, because the mind of a human can scarce conceive the plethora of opportunities it has to offer. We also have an inner life that defines the real us, our wishes and our dreams. This is what that gives meaning to our lives. Very often than not, we find ourselves at fork-roads, unable to decide which path to follow- the one that has been treaded upon yet seems uninteresting, or the one that remains unexplored, yet appeals to us. It is the general human tendency to follow the footsteps of others, because paving a path for oneself is something extremely difficult and requires immense dedication and will power.
