IJAAZAT - The liberty in the end

National Poetry Writing Month (#NaPoWriMo) is a creative writing project held annually in April in which participants write a poem each day for one month.

Here is my 3rd poem based on the prompt ‘Use your favorite line from a song in a poem’ by Terribly Tiny Tales (@ttt_official). Drop a comment below to let me know what you think about it! 🙂
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For those of you who don't know Hindi, IJAAZAT means permission or liberty.

The translation of the last 4 lines is:

These days my heart is telling me
"Go decorate your dreams, Go live a little
For you too have the liberty to love
For you too have the liberty to love!"
